Thank you for purchasing LighterYou from Embodied Evolution. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

LighterYou is a brand and program provided by Embodied Evolution, the sole trader business of Louisa Rhodes. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this document refer to Embodied Evolution.

Digital Products, Courses & Programs

All digital products, online courses, masterclasses, and downloadable materials provided by Embodied Evolution are non-refundable once access has been granted.


This includes, but is not limited to, instant access to online programs, audio downloads, video lessons, or digital workbooks.

Under UK and EU law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel certain purchases made online within 14 days.


However, by purchasing digital content and explicitly agreeing to immediate access, you waive your right to cancel once the download, streaming, or course access has begun.


This ensures instant access to your materials and protects the integrity of our intellectual property.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read the product description and are satisfied with your decision to buy.

  • You understand that all LighterYou and Embodied Evolution content is for personal use and educational purposes only.

  • You accept that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access has been granted.

  • You agree not to dispute payments or initiate chargebacks through your payment provider.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the event of:

  • A duplicate transaction, or

  • A technical error preventing access to the purchased materials.

In such cases, please contact lighter-you@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase, including your full name, email address, and proof of payment.
Any refunds granted remain at the sole discretion of Embodied Evolution.
